HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKES TO DELIVER?

The jackets in stock will be delivered to you within 7 to 9 working days after your payment is cleared. At times, the delays in shipment are tied to payment related problems or quality control.

The availability of the products, the confirmation of your order, and order tracking information will be forwarded to you via email. It takes time to answer hundreds of emails, so your patience is vital.

We greatly rely on you to provide us with correct shipping address along with the essential contact details.

As we don’t ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, it is necessary that you provide us your complete residential address. 

We give priority to your satisfaction even while shipping the merchandise and pack your orders in the best way. Still, if you find any defect caused while shipping or you desire some modification in the article, you can surely claim for exchange. We are known for our flexibility of return or exchange policy. If you have made a wrong purchase or are not satisfied with the purchase, return us the accessory, and we will exchange it without asking any question.

If you are not happy with the product you have received, just pack it back as we sent it. When you are returning any item, it should be exactly in the same condition as you have received it. In the case of damage caused due to shipping, we will accept the item with the tampering. While returning any of our items, you should make sure; you are providing the original package, price tags and all other tags as it was provided by us. Return it unused and we will exchange the product.

In case, you need some added customization or have provided incorrect measurements at the time of ordering; you are requested to bear the minimum charges for returning the shipment.

Charges vary depending on your location as well as the weight of the shipment. We value your money, and so we will request you to place your order with extra care. Decide the customizations you want and enter your size correctly to avoid return or exchange for the wrong choice.

Though we never delay the shipping of exchanged items, at times, we may need a few extra days. This happens for the unavailability of the item in our stock. If it ever happens, we inform you in advance. We always believe in maintaining transparency in our business relation, and so we prefer to provide a clear picture of our exchange policy to our valued customers. 
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED? 

If you find any defect or damages in your order, then contact us within 7 days from the time of your purchase. Postage / Shipping charges are not subject to refund / reimburse under any circumstances, and return shipping cost of return must be borne by the customer. It is recommended to pack it appropriately and courier it using national postal service, which is secured and traceable at any point in time. We send you acknowledgement email once we receive products at our warehouse. Also, it is advised to contact us at sales@celebsclothing.com prior returning the product in any case.
